# Cyrano Knows — Privacy Policy

## Summary

Cyrano helps you prepare for and practice interviews. We process audio and text you provide to generate coaching suggestions. We do not sell your personal data.

## Data we collect

## How we process data

- Audio may be sent to **Deepgram** (transcription) and **OpenAI** or **Groq** (coaching text).
- Data is stored on Aurea Quantra production servers for interview and meeting coaching.
- Live meeting copilot in the browser may use tab audio; that audio is processed in short chunks for transcription.

## Retention

Interview session files persist until you delete them or we rotate storage per our ops policy.

## Your choices

- You can stop a live session at any time.
- Uninstall the mobile app and revoke microphone permission.
- Request deletion of your data: privacy@aureaquantra.com

## Third parties

We use subprocessors for AI and hosting. A current list is available on request.

## Children

Cyrano is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in the EU).

## Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date will change.
